Please note that all of the images on this site are the property of Bernhard Heiser and may not be reproduced or used for any purpose without his consent. To do so is a violation of international copyright law. The photos displayed on the website are in small resolution compressed JPG format and thus not suitable for printing anyway.

Licensing and Pricing

All images on this site (and more, ask for the complete list) are available for commercial and editorial uses for an appropriate licence fee. The agreement would typically license the use of the image for a specific purpose and time frame. Prices will vary depending upon those conditions. For more than 5 images a discount can be applied. Please send an email specifying which image(s) you need and the intended use. Please use the file names for specifying the images. I will then send you a quote within 24 hours.

Available Resolution

For print media images are usually supplied in high resolution at 300 dpi at the size required.
Most image originals are on slide film. High quality digital scans are available with 3072 x 2048 pixels. File size is about 18 MByte (uncompressed TIFF).
Some images are taken with a digital camera. Picture size is limited to 1600 x 1200 pixels.
If you are not familiar with conversions of inch - cm - dpi - pixel just give me the desired size of the printed image.

Image Delivery

You can get the images

- in the form of digital files on CD, sent by courier
- by downloading them from a webserver

Files can be saved in any of the standard formats (e.g. TIFF or JPEG), so please indicate your preference. For downloads I recommend JPEG format with low compression. Print quality is excellent and downloads are fast.

Payment

Payment can be done

- via credit card using PayPal
- by international cash transfer to my German bank account

For first-time customers advance payment is required. Instant payment via credit card is possible, so you are not going to loose time. There is no additional fee for credit card use. Of course I will send you a sample image in the required resolution for testing purposes before payment is made.
